    Ford doesn't put the best tires on Mustangs. Non-PP GT's tire's are also too skinny for the car.

    It's completely normal rust on parts that always get rust. Nothing to do with RTR or quality or anything. It's 3800 lbs. of metal out in the environment.

    No way of telling if it's louder than normal but it's very possible the fluid is low.

    My SE Wisconsin Ford dealer couldn't diagnose a bad strut. Just considering how dealer mechanics get paid, I'd avoid at all costs.
