I would think so. I just looked at mine and it shows “Your price: $70,xxx” and then details the document fee, so I think that has to be locked in because we both signed it at that price. I’m on the fence about them as well, with your point about covering up the special paint being a major issue for me too.

I love it, but now I won’t ever be able to forget it looking like a spider! I had to look at a pic closely to see it, but I can’t unsee it.
