I can’t find what the 420 price level means. Do you know? I found things discussion lower price levels and that their price changed as production went along. Does the 420 mean we’ve already come to an agreement on price and it’s locked in at the price you ordered? Thanks.

I was number 6 of their 6 allocations. I figured I was in for a long wait as the last allocation. However, it seems the original allocation numbers didn’t pan out the way Ford said they would. They said every dealer would get at least one Dark Horse, but that hasn’t materialized. Fingers crossed.

Thanks for the info. I use Costco when I’m close (it’s about 20 min away), but never realized the Top Tier meant anything. I hardly ever used Shell, but those two will be my top picks now. Thanks again.

That’s crazy that you would be in the “unscheduled-clean” status and sit there until you finally got slotted against an allocation, if you ever got one. Based off your info, I just emailed my dealer. I was told I was against an allocation, but definitely want to make sure now. Thanks!

Awesome! I have almost the same as you, no CF and didn’t do painted stripes. Was told by Ford today that no build date for me, but told me there are no constraints holding it up. Hope to be scheduled next couple of months. Ordered 3/28.

Well, I got this wonderful email yesterday after reading this posting. Coincidence, maybe not :). I ordered a Dark Horse on 3/28, been “unscheduled-clean” for a while now. No comms until this email. The wait continues…

I don’t know what you could do to fight that, other than throwing out what other dealerships are doing to price protect at the time of order. They seem like they are gonna tell you to pound sand, which is horrible. Granger posted a comment about this yesterday, on their 2% below invoice thread...
