  1. Trying to choose a license plate.

As far as plate COLOR goes, that kinda depends on the color of your car. But it seems to me that plate A leaves the least amount of space for personalization. I don't know about Texas, but here in Ohio, I'm pretty sure it's a law that you have to have a personalized plate on a Mustang. My...
  2. Stereo vs Surround Setting

I have the 12 speaker system. I drive convertibles, so I rely heavily on the subwoofer to keep music from sounding washed out and tinny when the top is down. For awhile, I thought my subwoofer was broken…. I had my treble and midrange set all the way down, and my bass turned all the way up...
  3. Convertible Spoiler Options

They have a BUNCH of spoilers at Extreme Online Store. When I bought mine, the website specifically said “fits convertible”, but I don’t see that anymore. I would get hold of them and MAKE SURE you get the right thing. Mine didn’t come without its own little foibles. First off, my car was...

Here’s a video showing what you may be getting into ASSUMING that this is the same blade spoiler your friend has. You already have some holes drilled… it’s a matter of finding a spoiler that matches up with your existing holes. Hopefully this helps before you go to the effort of removing...

It's THE LITTLE THINGS that count... Here are some of the little things that hardly anyone ever gets to see but myself. Tuxmat Badges - I really LOVE my Tuxmat full-coverage floor mats, but I have always disliked manufacturer branding. (I own no shirts with a "Nike swoosh" logo!). The Ford...

I found my PP spoiler from "Extreme Online Store" (through E-bay, I think). https://extremeonlinestore.com/collections/2024-ford-mustang-parts-accessories/products/2024-up-mustang-rear-trunk-lid-wing-spoiler?_pos=10&_fid=33a516595&_ss=c The vendor had 3 styles at the time; matte black, gloss...

Mine is a VERY blue blue. If you're trying to MATCH the Vapor, I'd find a different color. It all depends on what you're trying to accentuate. Another route is to find a match for the OEM accent color (space gray in my case). Search Amazon for possibilities. It's pretty cheap, so you can...

I actually just located a place that'll put a (protected) chrome finish on plastic for me. I figure another month and a half to two months to ship my ponies, get 'em chromed, get 'em back, then get them installed. I'll post pics when done, naturally.

That's a great choice too! I've had the red trim in my Race Red 2014 GT since the day I picked it up in 2013!
  10. Daisy’s First Photo Shoot

I had an early foot in the door, which was good for me as far as price goes. But as a consequence, I had to settle for black stitching instead of matching white. :frown: Another thing I like about it: Some folks have complained that the "carbon fiber" texturing on the top of the dashboard...

The idea behind the Race Red pony badges was to compliment the "splash of red" theme going on with the brake calipers and the seatbelts (not as visible in my pictures). I would've preferred traditional CHROME ponies, but what Ford calls chrome nowadays is more like a polished aluminum, which I...

The screen is affixed with 3M tape. I drove my sister out to dinner for her birthday this past weekend. By the time we reached the restaurant, I had to introduce her to the wet wipes in the center console so she could get her fingerprints off the screen. She just had to play with the music...

The coyote is a sticker. (Further protected from sun fade by the Revivify coating over the entire car). I edited it on my computer for size and detail, then submitted it to Decals.com. The 5.0 badge is from the 2014 'Stangs (I like "real" chrome, not the polished aluminum look). And I...

I'm surprised nobody has zoomed in and commented on my side badges yet.
  15. Daisy’s First Photo Shoot

I had the car out a bit over an hour today in 97 degree temps, and remembering this conversation I felt it all over before putting her back in the garage. It felt barely room temperature, let alone hot from either the sun or any heat the instrument cluster might be generating itself. Yesterday...

Thanks! I have the "Stone Gray" in my 2014 convertible, which is just a couple shades darker. I know from years of experience that lighter colors are the only way to go in a convertible to keep from scorching your legs after it's been sitting in the sun.

It's no harder to see over than it is without the cover - which is to say not at all. In pictures, many folks think the instrument panel screens must be real tall, and block your view. In actuality, it's quite low. You can easily see the top of your dash.

Time will tell. So far so good. A lot of PCs are stored in wooden cabinets under the desk with very little breathing room. If anything ever goes "Zzzzt-pop! ...hissssss" I'll let you know.

This is the one I settled on from Amazon. (I actually bought 3 different brands of blue and picked the best match). Super cheap and easy, and it really makes the interior pop. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BWGZF71K?ref_=ppx_hzod_title_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2_1&th=1 I've always called this...
