Take it to the dealer and have them re align and touch up any rubbing damage to the paint.

Mine is like the picture to the right of that YouTube landing pic because if I twist the hood stop in further (which would then be properly aligned) I get hood lift/wobble at speed.

I also get bonnet lift and bonnet judder at speed or when the rear wheels are tramping on take off

That's a good video, I didn't know you could adjust the fenders, My car hood was adjusted twice by the dealer (Warranty) for fluttering when a semi rolls by on the highway

This.......If still under warranty, it's their issue to fix.

Just got mine recently and suffice it to say, these things are not built to super exacting standards when it comes to body fitment. The doors clank when you close them. It's really all about the engine and performance with Mustangs. Then again, the fun-factor is great! I agree, take it to the dealer and get them to fix it right.

Fix it yourself as best you can (unless the paint has been damaged) - the less time your car spends in the dealer’s hands the better in my experience (that doesn’t only apply to Ford!).
