MEH! Part of it is likely NZ is much smaller, has far fewer roads, vehicles, and drivers than we do. Maybe better driver's education, stricter licensing requirements? I don't know.

Wwaayy too many here treat driving like it's as care free as sitting on their porch in a rocking chair. When it's actually more akin to carrying and operating a loaded fire arm. If you use either casually, capriciously, or carelessly you might not wound or kill anyone, but if you do you shouldn't be surprised. Each is potentially equally deadly.

Did I mention our Daily Shoot Out Specials on our freeways? 😆
