I have a 24 Dark Horse that I'm getting ready to install kooks 1 7/8 catted LTH on and I want to pair them with an exhaust that will be deep and muscle car tone, but not scream everytime I go WOT.

I had considered going with the normal corsa extreme catback with the resonator delete double h pipe but feel that will be too loud and raspy. I'm just worried that if I get the resonated double h pipe instead it will be too mellow.

I can't seem to find any clips on YouTube. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places.

I'm a big fan of getting a double h pipe with whatever setup I decide on, so I'm open to suggestions and hoping yall might have some exhaust clips of Dark Horses.

Don’t do that, it will be ungodly obnoxious and drone/rasp for miles.
H pipe is NOT gonna make it ā€œsound deepā€ that’s a myth

I put the jones maxflow muffler on to quiet the rasp and deepen the tone, my car is off road, in quiet mode it’s quieter than stock, in normal or sport it’s deep and crisp without excessive volume.

also just use your stock DH mufflers, corsa anything will make it sound tacky and loud, they’re basically straight pipes in a metal box.

The cats and resonators control the rasp. I have catless Kooks and AWE Switchpath and with the valves closed it sounds pretty tame but once those valves open up it is really loud. 30-60% throttle produces some rasp with the valves open but WOT valves open screams ā€˜Merica. Very deep and aggressive. I’m not sure any of these companies make a better muffler than what Ford uses as far as sound is concerned. The only reason I swapped my exhaust out was to keep the supercharger happy.

Hearing the double H pipe x Active Exhaust combo in person, it will 100% be deeper. No myth.
