Where is that at, that let you go on a track with no roll cage? I cant find any by me.

The picture was taken at Nürburgring Nordschleife, Germany.

There is also no roll cage necessary on other race tracks like F1 Hockenheimring.

It depends on which event you take part.

I am driving at "tourist drive" where official street laws from the Autobahn apply. (Without any law enforcement)
