Rattling interior cant figure out where, no help from dealership either

Check your seatbelt holder (up by the headrest) on the passenger side. There's a cover on it that can rattle. Took me forever to find it, the sound was hard to pinpoint

Checked it already, also the glove box

seems like it is coming from passenger side dash, a pillar, seat but cant identify, but for sure front right side maybe

Wild guess but maybe tweeter or cover for it is loose?
That window defrost cover?
Passenger Air Vent?

Try having passenger hold pressure against parts of that area till it stops.

It sounds like the gap between plastic parts, on mine it was just below the screen on the right hand side. Holding the dashboard here fixed it and it went away by itself, weird. But it SOUNDED like it was from somewhere else.

I also have a very annoying plasticy rattle from the trunk carpet, made worse by installing a rubber boot trunk liner, and improved by putting some cardboard to separate the car carpet and the spare wheel well carpet. That was difficult to locate!

By chance have you tried a slight adjustment/twist of the rearview mirror? Kinda resembles the ever so slight rub of plastic slats of the ac vents, mirror, or maybe even a cell phone in a case squeaking away as it rides along in the cupholder.

I have the same noise, rattle. Its the passenger side ac vent. i had my wife put her hand over it and it went away. now i have to figure out a way to fix it.

I've got a rattle on the drivers side and yet to figure it out and only happens when it's cold out. I'm going to pull the air vent and see if that's it.

I have the same right under the bottom left side of the screen. Only when cold and if I push in on dash there it goes away.

Rattles/buzzing are a huge PIA. Both my last car and my wife's had buzzes I could have sworn where in the dash centre, one was the downshift paddle on mine and another was the release button on the handbrake on hers.
Best way to find rattles is to get someone else to drive while you put pressure on likely areas where it may be coming from.

Had same problem on '24 RTR. Jacked it up and started tapping around. Found gap between side skirts and frame which would bounce on uneven pavement. Just used some Gorilla Tape to secure them to frame, no use making a major project out of it, since it can't be seen by anyone. I know this can make you want to rip your hair out. Good luck!! I feel for ya'....
