Does anyone know why Ford deleted wireless charging for S650 MY25?

I'm one of the few that is really happy with the wireless charger. Works like a charm.

I agree mine works as advertised. Haven’t had any problem yet.

Our wireless charger works fine for my wife's iPhone 14 and my iPhone 16.

Maybe it was already said in this thread and I just missed it, sorry if so: I am almost willing to bet money this is a financial move by Ford to cut costs, nothing more, nothing less. They paid some firm way too much money to run a bunch of analytics, and they determined the dollar value of the customers they would lose over lack of a wireless charger was not greater than what they'd save by cutting it from the car. Same with the garage door opener.

Or these days, rather than a firm, they probably hired an AI company to train a AI to do the analytics for them. Because those are never wrong and that is the newest thing for executives to try without fully understanding it.

Garage door opener and the sunglass holder are the exact part numbers as the S550.

I think they ran out of the parts and they don't want to spend more money to make them again.
