‘26 Order Update- Vin in 3 days Build Date Mid November

My 26 has been in production since 10 /23 and has not moved a bit. I guess I was expecting to see it built by now. I just don’t wait well…lol

FWIW - My order for a 2026 EcoBoost premium plus convert was confirmed July 14th, Scheduled for production Oct 6th, in production on the 10th, built on the 13th, sat in Flat Rock until Nov 1st (2 weeks) - It was shipped 330 miles to the dealer the same day. Arrived at the dealer Sat. Nov 1st. I am picking it up tomorrow Nov 5th. It has a very LOW VIN (under 100) so it very likely very early in the 2026 production.

Our order was also confirmed on July 14, it still says scheduled for production week of November 11, but moved to In Production on October 23. The page says it was last updated yesterday, so I'm hoping it's built soon as our VIN is just over 100.

I just got off the phone with the dealer seems they are waiting on parts for mine.

Seems like in Cargurus and other websites, mostly the 2026 ecoboost models are at the dealership lots now the GT and Dark Horse models seems to be in the factory still not made yet or in transit. Sadly it's true they removed the illuminated door sill plates for the premium models as well. Oh well it is what it is.

Ordered 7/12. Built 11/6. Expected delivery 12/ to 12/8. Must be pushing it from factory to the dealer. 3 weeks from Michigan to NC

Ours has been built! Status changed this morning. Their estimate of scheduled for week of 11/10 was pretty accurate after all of this wait. Hopefully we'll get it before Thanksgiving.

nice, I've heard crickets from my dealership aside from they can't makes changes to the order because its scheduled. But no vin from them and ford says I have to get the vin from the dealer. Was ordered 9/29

Ford emailed my wife directly when we first ordered it, with a link to a tracker website. She also got an email from Ford this morning with the update.

Ford emailed my wife directly when we first ordered it, with a link to a tracker website. She also got an email from Ford this morning with the update.

I’m not in a rush it’d just be good to know the build estimated date. Sounds like my sales guy doesn’t have access to the ordering system and has to relay my order inquiry requests to someone else but then I never hear back and have to poke them on it. I ordered my Raptor from them in November and heard not a peep from them until mid July when it arrived. But the first car I ordered from them in 2022, I got all the updates directly from Ford and Ford even sent me the VIN so very odd.

Ford emailed me the day I ordered to confirm, then emailed me about a month later when the car was scheduled for production. The second email includes the VIN and the week the car is scheduled to be built. Also, it indicates they copied the dealer.

It doesn't add up that your dealer knows your car is scheduled but doesn't have the VIN. Did the dealer tell you the week the car is scheduled to be built?
