‘26 Order Update- Vin in 3 days Build Date Mid November

I went with the 301A, Same Color as yours, Manual, Performance Package, Active Exhaust and Red Brake Calipers.

I’m going to add Red Katzkin Leather… and hopefully the Supercharger kit.

They did NOT notify me… I was checking it just OCD like tonight and it had just moved!

That’s awesome man. Yeah I considered a sc but it’s gonna be my daily and I’d like to it last a little while longer. Not that I think the sc itself would kill the car but me with a sc wouldn’t be very good for it lol

Haha I get it lol.

It’s not a daily for me, so I don’t have to worry about that… I’m hoping I can keep it through retirement when that comes in another 10-12 years… and eventually will be worth something by the time I pass it on to my son.

Ordered a ‘26 in June. Original build date was 9/8 but been pushed to 9/29. Can’t come soon enough!

edit, just checked again and now pushed to 10/6…

.... My 2026 Mustang Eco boost premium (201A) convertable was ordered, confirmed and a VIN assigned in mid July. The original production date was then Sept 8th, then pushed out to Sept 22nd. I received an update that the new production date is now Oct. 6th.

We ordered our on 7/14, initial build was week of 9/8, now scheduled for week of 10/20. 26 GT Premium convertible, 401A, Adriatic Blue, Space Gray leather heated/cooled seats, Active Exhaust, and Premier Polished aluminum wheels.

Factory ordered mine back in 06/30 they're still working on the schedule build date just got to be patiently waiting since I heard the stop sale issue for the 25 models due to BCM issues which is probably why it's taking a while to start with the 26 models.

The 2026 models ARE in production .... my window sticker / Monroney, indicates that the "blend" date is set for next week 10/10 ... my dealer says delivery a week to 10 days later ......
Since the BCM / seam sealer issue is likely resolved, I think that the 2026, 7th Gen models, will likely be the most reliable and best quality cars made to date (most of the mfg and engineering "bugs" resolved)
