They’re not stupid. They’re really smart people. They spent $120,000 on an 800-horsepower pickup truck.”
They spent way more than 120k, more like $135 and up and it’s only 700 hp, 720 on the later models.

I'll have to read the article, but when I hear off-road supercar, I think RS 200 revival. What's interesting about that is Ford's own designers designed a new RS 200 last year for the 40th anniversary of the RS 200, and Ford trademarked the RS 200 name, and Ford's said they want to do more RS branded cars moving forward.

It's probably me clutching at straws, but I'd love it if they made this a reality. It would actually be a way for Ford to maybe offer a more affordable mid-engine car like their own take on the c8. But doing going after those buyers in a more unique way. A mid-engine car that could actually handle snow, rough roads, and speed bumps while still having mid-engine handling and looks would be amazing.

It’s possible, could be some production variant of the T1+, could be a RS200, could be a combination of the 2 even. 😂

He did say he wanted a concept with some form of hybridization.

To be honest I can see them slapping the “RS” name on a T1+ inspired car too. It’s not like the T1 name is all that enticing. RS Raptor/Raptor RS

Meh. the rs200 wouldn’t survive 2 miles of Dakar, which is what Farley is aiming for. Dakar is for off road what the Isle of Man TT is for motorcycles; an absolute crucible of a torture test. If your bike can survive the Isle of Man ( cough... Ducati ... ) it’s a truly special machine. If Ford would build a street capable version of a Dakar competitor, it would be epic.

That’s why I think it’s gonna be the T1 but with a different name

Maybe like a next gen supercar body but with raptor style high travel suspension, so like a more hardcore take on the off-road supercars Lambo and Porsche are making?

He said it wouldn't be a truck, or a bronco. So like an actual supercar, but more hardcore, that would be really neat.

He didn’t say all that, just said it won’t be a version of a car. I hope a RS makes a return but who knows.

Well he said it wouldn't be a truck, and when people brought up the bronco, he shook his head and later said this vehicle wouldn't look like a bronco. I agree, I hope it's a new rs car, a new rs 200. I liked that concept ford designers made so much that I used AI to create a short vid of it in motion, looks so good.

That concept is pretty cool, they could easily apply some of that design language to a production car.
