Nope, the expense requirement invalidates the responsibility exclusion. As in they can’t require the customer to pay (bandwidth aint free) for a recall.

Mine can't receive updates anymore since I exported the vehicle.

Lol, I had OTA updates that refused to apply to my mustang until I kicked it with FDRS.

I hope GMs delivery system works better than Fords.

Something about slow boat, china, projections, warranty expense, loss, and ledger that doesn’t add up for a potential customer, sure would stink to find out grandma’s vacation was one day too long.
