Well let's look at this image, tell me if you see any uneven panel gaps in the hood area, I certainly don't.

You can also find thousands of GT's without a panel gap. That doesn't take away the fact that the Mustang is known for panel gaps. So again, it is a Mustang issue. No need to defend something that is well known on the Mustangs.

And here you have another GTD with the well known trunk panel gap that also is known on the normal S550 and S650.

No, no, stop trying to move the goal posts by using pre production GTDs and none GTD models. You attacked the panel gaps on the GTD, so we're gonna focus on the GTD, and we're gonna use Leno's GTD as the benchmark because it's one of the best documented actual production GTD's. So watch that review on Leno's channel and document the panel gaps on his specific GTD.

So My wife's car has the legendary VAG quality, tight even panel gaps, pretty good paint quality etc, etc.
That is until I started fitting wiring for a radar detector, phone charger etc and found fabric insulation not fitted into place, improperly fitted plastic bits, etc. Nothing that's a deal breaker, but it makes you wonder. I guess no car is perfect.
I'm not really that fussed over slightly misaligned panels, but it obviously bothers others.
Ce la vie.

Exactly, focus on the GTD. So I gave you a second picture of a GTD with another panel gap. What did you think the picture it was from, a Tesla?

So now you want me to find a panel gap on one specific GTD so you can make a point?

With that theory you can give me a random flawless Mustang without panel gaps and then claim that the Mustang is not known for panel gaps, just because that specific Mustang doesn't have the gaps.

That's not how the real world works when adressing a well known issue.

You are only right if I said that ALL Mustangs have panel gaps. Did I say that? No. I said Mustang is very wel known because of panel gaps.

We saw panel gaps on the S550 and when the first pictures of the S650 came out, they had exact the same panel gaps. Some people made topics about it, and many people like you said:

- "It's not a Porsche" it's a mass produced car. Meanwhile many Japanese cheap cars have way better panel fitments.

- "It's just a pre production model". Meanwhile, now we can see that the S650 has exactly the same panel gap problems around the hood, headlight, trunk and rear side panel.

And guess what. Same issues with the GTD.
And what do people like you say again?

"It's just a pre production model".

Really? Are we really going back in time again? Where are all those people who said this about the GT and Ecoboost. They are all quiet. Go back to that topic when many people were using the "pre production" excuse and confront them now.

And this GTD has exact the same issues.
I don't even get it why you try to defend the indefendable. Are you getting paid by Ford to deny this? This is exactly the reason why Ford keeps on going to be champion of panel gaps. Because people like you like to have a brand new car that looks like it was totalled before and got fixed by a cheap garage with aftermarket parts.

A brand new car shouldn't look this bad, not on an Ecoboost, not on a GT and especially not on a GTD.

Can we please stop talking about panel gaps lol? I can't believe we have a vid on an awesome car being driven by one of the best F1 drivers and we've devoted several pages to this back and forth lol.

On the topic of the video, this thing seems like it's awesome to drive, the front end grip seems to be next level.

You were the one asking me to respond and all of a sudden you don't want the smoke.

Cool, but don't ask for it if you don't want it.
Now enjoy the Mustang.

Just ignore him as he is just trolling threads about panel gaps. If you ignore him you take away his food! He will just keep on and on if you engage with him.

"The Smoke"? What kind of delusional F-Tard are you?

You've ruined a thread on one of the coolest Mustang videos of all time.

Unbelievable the people here put up with you.

And you made it even worse by swearing and using bad words while I was just adressing an issue which is also present on a 400.000 car.

So you swearing with bad words is less disturbing than people adressing Mustang flaws on a Mustang forum?

There is no room for people swearing and insulting others on a forum.

Is the title of this thread "Mustang Panel gaps"?

No, it's "Watch Max Verstappen and Chris Harris drive the Mustang GTD!"
What have you contributed to that? I came here to read what people thought about the subject, not your BS ramblings about an unrelated subject.

If you want to comment on Mustang Panel Gaps, here's an idea, start a thread on it. And those that care about that subject, can post in it, and get the f$%^ out of this thread.

It's an observation on the video.
Everybody is free to observe the video and comment about the video.

What have you contributed? You just posted 4 comments on this forum and the second one was already swearing and insulting.

Look at yourself first.

No one but your sorry ass cares about the panel gaps that aren’t in any way the subject of the video.

You’re a moron of extreme proportions.

You care more than enough to join the 7G forum just to post multiple comments about what you don't like about my comment on that video, so don't contradict yourself.

And next time if you read a comment you don't like, and you think that comment should not be there to "ruin a thread", don't comment on it.
Scroll further and comment on things you are interested in.

You only made the thread worse instead of making it better.

The only difference between me and you is that I commented about the video and you came here just to swear and use insults.
