Damper field in Mustang Status window is blank in my Dark Horse -is this normal?

After start-up and while in the Normal mode, my Mustang Status window look like this. The damper field is blank.

Also when I set-up Custom mode #1 like this:

The Mustang Status window looks like this:

The Damper field is blank. Is this normal?

I personally think that it is normal while you have the “Sport” on damper goes off giving you the stiffer ride when going in “Sport”! Try getting out of “Sport” and see if it comes back on! That the only way to tell! Good luck checking that out!

You have to select the magneride setting to see if that changes. I don't remember seeing a blanc mode on mine.

Confirm the connections at the damper on all 4 corners.

if it was a connector issue, there would be a message on the dash saying something like "Suspension Fault Speed Limited To 80MPH".

OP, try switching modes and see if the field corrects itself. if it doesnt, take it to a dealer to have them diagnose ans correct the issue. at 2600 miles, you are still well within bumper to bumper warranty

I have a different cluster view, but, when in Sport mode the steering, exhaust and damper all show the "S".
