Super easy, just watch mustang hard wire video on youtube. Honestly I think the mount was more of a pain than hard wiring

I also got the V1 because it looks better

Fine, it only worked once on a road trip. Cops don't often sit around for speeders where I live, so honestly it was a bit of a waste of money, but does add a little comfort.

Just did the Uniden R8W hardwire myself. It came out awesome.

We love our Uniden R8. Hardwire mirror tap was a breeze compared to the Camaro and using a wiring harness tap. Uniden R8 has the classic V1 directional now, with all the functionality my old GPS-based Escort Passport had. Really, really love this unit...

Only downside is wife loves it so much, she wants one for her Ioniq 5 now...

Can’t see them at all in the daylight, pretty much like the rest of the leds in the car

I didn’t install them myself, a shop did for $400, and took one day

Got a Flex Fuel tune for Black Friday.

And….I hate how the exhaust sounds on Flex Fuel!

Haven’t been able to really try the new power of the tune with the weather. But it doesn’t matter the car has lost so much of its aggressive sound. Will be switching back to 93, my tune from HP Tuners can switch back and forth fortunately. So I’ll still be tuned but on 93.

Yeah I’m going to try a different stations flex fuel just to see what happens, then back to 93. I didn’t know it would change either, it’s pretty interesting
