Can anyone confirm that the ‘24 convertible has a sunglass holder drawer near the headlight switch like the S550 had?

Yes, adding pics. Was on the Ford lot today with 2 GT Premium convertibles and neither of those had the sunglasses cubby.

The fastback has it on the headliner.

Which I no longer use after discovering that on a Georgia summer day the sunglasses will approach very close to 3,500 degrees Fahrenheit when stored up there.

I took to taking them down and immediately sticking them backwards, earpiece first, into the air conditioning vents where they could cool off for a while as I drove and hopefully return to solid from liquid, molten form, but now I just do not use the storage for the sunglasses anymore.

They should call it lava storage. Keep your pet rocks molten up here.

Ford is cheaping out on everything right now.

This is also maybe why that specific part went from 130 USD to 250 USD 6 months ago when I ordered it for my coupe.

I think Ford ran out of those parts since they are the same as the S550.

My 2025 GT Premium Convertible was built mid-March 2025 and has the sunglasses cubby, as shown below in pictures that I just took.. Mine has the 401A High Package vs the standard 400A. Wonder if that could be the difference.
