Windshield rock chip/scratch

Anyone of you guys experiencing an ‘ease of scratch’ on the frond windshield, caused by small debris/small rocks ? It appears that the windshield is way too sensitive or it’s my luck!

I drive in the VA Beach area. All of my cars have windshield chip damages. Look into a $600 Windshild PPF.

you have to remember its glass it scratches at anything above 5.5 mohs rocks and sand will scratch it when cleaned improperly and yes cleaning it with a squeegee is wrong.
with 26 miles on my car drive right to the xpel shop had 6.1 when i picked it up i got full 10mill PPF and windshield protection film from xpel
was 8000 for PPF and $300 on the windshield film but that was a deal most times its $500-$600
