Despite our horrible Florida weather (90+ degrees and 2000+ DA) we decided to trek over to Bradenton Motorsports Park to see if we could chase down the record for the fastest 2024 Mustang.
Stock headers, stock suspension, stock transmission & converter, and full weight.

Spoiler alert: WE DID IT!

Our 2024 Mustang Dark Horse has a Gen 6 3.0L Whipple Supercharger, Griptec pulley, Fuel+ Fuel Pump Voltage Booster, AWE Catback, DSS 2000hp axles and a set of Mickey Thompson ET Street R (325/35/18) on a pair of Forgeline GS1R wheels.

Yep, on the DH. Same wheel that was on our 2020 GT500. You can fit a 17 on a GT unless it has the factory drift brake option equipped.
