Installed the Think auto Air filters. Easy. Only 4k on the OEMs and they were really dirty on the bottom side.

Used a few old license plates I had laying around and made some bracing for the Air Designs front lip spoiler. The spoiler has come off in the past. I cleaned up all the old 540 sealant and double sided tape, then reinstalled new tape and sealant. Shouldn't fall off anytime soon.

Used the stock mounting locations and drilled a few holes underneath the spoiler then used plastic retainer pins on the spoiler side. The spoiler is reinforced and the pins aren't visible from the top.

Arrived at my second trip to the east coast since getting my car in July. Friday, I do the Mustang Experience Then drive to TN for a nephew's wedding. Monday and Tuesday were mostly dealing with heavy traffic and long boring drives, but today, I started in Chattanooga, did the Cherohala Skyway, skipped the Tail of the Dragon, and drove into Charlotte. Except for a period on the Skyway when we were above the clouds, it has poured all day. Charlotte traffic is worrisome in good daylight weather and after dark, in pouring rain, it is no fun. Luckily, the car behaved like a champ. Other than a brief second when I might have hit some ice in the mountain, it did not falter.

Nice area Don't get out to the Island much these days with the ferries being so crowded and expensive. Last time I was there was when I was picking up my co-pilot from Parksville (my Doberman) Lol. Well like me just remember spring is right around the corner.

Will pick her up tomorrow (sadly in the rain) and then drive her home, wait for Sunday's decent weather, wash her one more time (want to test out this new High Pile detailing product for the BuffDaddyHQ site) and then get her ready for her long nappy nap.

Set an appointment (dropping it off in the morning) to get the winter wheels and snow tires put on and send the summer wheels and summer tires to storage. Mornings are already in the 40's and upper 30's so time to get the summer tires off.
