Vehicle shipped off site then back to the factory?

Anyone have any idea what is going on with my car? I was originally told it shipped to the dealer on 9/11 and now they are saying it was shipped offsite and still hasn't been built. I ordered the car on 3/29. The dealer gets frustrated with me if I even ask for an update and give me basically no information

My best guess is they took it to get the roof painted. I believe the way there were doing it is why there were restraints with the NNP
