Have a '24 GT It's an RTR Spec 2 so I don't know if that makes a difference. Anyway. There is a cover panel on the undercarriage that runs the length of the car. It has the look and consistency of cardboard, though I know it's something that has to be waterproof, not cardboard. Whenever I travel over any rough pavement it reverberates like a bongo and drives me nuts. Has anyone had the same problem and/or know what the purpose of this panel is? Thank You. VAT. "Semper Fi".

Actually; they're (under trays) a particularly high grade of Rat Fur. 😉😆

No...............I have not experienced any booming/resonance from my GT's under trays. I had them on the Fous RS and Focus ST before my GT and didn't have any such issues with them either.

Most of Ford's under trays have a plethora of fasteners holding them on. If it were me; I'd check for loose and/or missing fasteners as my first trouble shooting step. Good luck!

Thanks. I'll have to get it up on a lift, so I can get a good look at it. For what these babies' cost, you'd think they could use Mink or Sable Fur instead of Rat!! It's all worth it though when you crank it up and hear that exhaust roar. Thanks again. VAT
