Finished off the installation this morning: Trident 1 Ohm, Rockford Fosgate sub amp, remote gain control, sub enclosure off ebay (custom to the s650). WiFi connected to YouTube plus over 600 music tracks on a 1 Tb jump drive. They only thing missing is my ability to play videos. Google interfered and no longer have this. If there's anyone that will help me with that I would certainly appreciate (non-rooted Android phone) it.

What did you use to get signal from the head unit for the amp? B&O usually requires a PAC set up to keep control of the audio levels.

I bought the sub through a local shop. It is truly a high quality sub. The enclosure is through ebay. Amp was through Crutchfield. I taped into the sub output lines to a LOC.

I kept the OEM sub installed and taped into the out wires. I don't remember the LOC I used but it had a remote out which worked without connecting to the battery or any power supply. I still have issues with thump as Ford likes to throw up random power signal impulses.

That is the problem, as you are still at the mercy of the factory EQ going that way.

To what did you tap into for the sub amp remote turn on?
I’m using an audio control epicenter to give signal only with ignition. You can also use a Kicker keyloc. This is imperative, if you’re not careful and don’t set the remote to turn on with ignition, there is a chance that your over the air updates will trigger your amp to turn on. This happened to me and cooked a sub, I don’t know what the heck signal ford sent through with the update. I was inside the house and heard multiple big booms, came out to a smoking trunk.

An LC7i will have the same ability, right?

What patch harness are you using?

It appears that my connection problem is that the OEM amp sends a signal to the OEM sub. The OEM sub is not connected to anything. These wires send are currently connected to a Line Input which then converts the signal to Low and sends it to the Line Output. That signal is sent to a mono Rockford amp. The sub is connected to the aftermarket amp.
The OEM amp powers up the Rockford amp with a signal that is initiated from the planet Jupiter. Because it sends this signal, the Rockford amp turns on whether the ignition it turned on or not. This is turning on the amp and drawing power from the battery which is running an amp that is not doing anything.

How about I disconnect the OEM sub wires to the OEM sub? Should I connect to a rear speaker (keeping the speaker wired) and then use those wires to connect to Line Output converter?
What speakers did you tap into for the Line Output converter?

Does this new set up require a remote wire? Perhaps a wiring diagram of your system would solve these questions? Please advise.

Yeah just get the audio control LC2i, tap into the rear speakers, they make t taps that are perfect, no remote needed, it turns itself on when signal is present. Also adjusts for bass roll off.
Disconnect ANC plug and done, easy easy easy

Since I am only connecting for a sub, do I need to tap both left and right rear speakers?

I was told that with the B&O, you have to get a harness, like the PAC, to eliminate the OEM amp, and thus it's control of output to the speakers. Pretty much, it will still control/restrict the aftermarket amp if you do not.
