Track Day Insurance

I’m struggling to find anyone who provides insurance cover for track days in the UAE whether in general or for a specific date/visit. Has anyone had any luck insuring their car to take it to the track?

A bit frustrating that my policy covers 4x4 off-roading but not an occasional track days

I’ve reached out to DXB and Yas Marina circuits but no response so far.

Here in the states, Hagerty and some other companies offer that, but I don't know if they are international.
