Squeaking noise from behind supercharger

I have had the whipple supercharger on for about 6 weeks now. A few weeks ago I noticed a low squeaking noise. I checked everything thinking it was suspended related when I installed my front sway bar and endlinks. The noise didn't go away, so I figured it was the strut and moved the car around. But noise did not seem to be the strut. So today I decided to rock the car listen with the hood open. And noticed it was coming from behind the supercharger. So I rocked the engine and got it to make the noise I've been hearing. Could this be a damaged motor mount? Any recommendations of what could cause this noise would be appreciated.
