I have spots on my leather where is looks like something was sprayed on it, possibly the interior treatment before I took delivery of the car.

What would be best to get rid of this?

The dealer I purchased from was not very good.

The dealer I took my car in for the windshield leak thing was worse.

I do not think I will be going back to any dealers.

I have a local place that will do much better work. I am done with dealers.

I just need to fix some blotchy leather. You can see where it was sprayed on but not wiped with whatever awful stuff they used.

The problem with that is, they will use the fact you went to a non dealer against you, if the problem gets worse.
Are there no decent dealers near you?

If you can provide some images of the spots, I can be a little more targeted with a recommendation.

In this case, you need a focused product rather than a "cleaner and conditioner". From experience, those products do very little cleaning, but a whole lot of "covering up" under the guise of "conditioning". You will need something to breakdown and remove whatever has been left on your seats. Again, some images would narrow it down.

Just use hot water! quit adding to the problem by spraying more and more crap on top of it. clean with HOT water and a rag, you shouldn't have to scrub.

If you are going to use a leather conditioner after (I don't) use a very small amount of liquid or paste conditioner and apply with a rag or sponge. Interior spray products are generally crap.

(this is just my opinion based on my experiences, ymmv)
