I had the chance to test out the @Redtiger F17 Elite on my Mustang, and here is what I found out:
- The settings are easy to navigatie
- The camera is compact and blends pretty well on the windshield
- 3 Channel camera is easy to install
- Interior camera is lovely and performs very good in low light
- Dashcam turns very hot, but maybe because I was "abusing" it during the testing fase, going through all modes and having all settings ON on the highest setting.
- Read license plates from parked vehicles during day time
- Can't read plates from moving vehicles
- Rear camera has a lot of reflection from the Mustang rear window angle
- Rear camera is almost useless in total darkness, because of my window tint
For a 3CH dashcam, it performs pretty decent. Especially if you are looking for a dashcam that has a very good low light performing interior camera.
