Hey everyone — looking for a bit of advice here!
My new 2025 EcoBoost Mustang makes a rattling noise when I gently press the gas in mid-gear at low RPMs. It sounds like something might be loose. I’ve heard a similar noise before in my old car when the exhaust was starting to fall off — but since this is a brand new car, I’m not sure what to think.
The sound seems to be coming from underneath or near the brake pedal area. It usually happens when I’m just cruising and trying to enjoy the drive, but that rattling noise really takes away from the experience. I had Ford take a quick look, but they couldn’t find anything wrong.
Has anyone else experienced something like this with their Mustang? I’d really appreciate hearing how you diagnosed or fixed it. Thanks in advance!
