I recently purchased these from a retired employee from the shift knob supplier, I was told they are test pieces for the Dark Horse shift knob stick shift variant.
They came with the colorimeter instructions as well, showing how different voltages of anodization change the color outcome for each knob. Some even have no anodization at all!
Most are solid colors with no laser shift pattern, but a few at the top are completed. Not sure what to do with these, would anyone be interested in purchasing?
I know these are crazy expensive from the factory, looks like nearly $500 a pop from Ford!! I wouldn't ask that, even though these are truly one of a kind. If there is any interest I would be happy to take close-up pictures of individual knobs.
All of them have the correct PR3P-7K327-ACW part number on the inside.
Let me know, wanted to share with the enthusiasts of the community!
