Lift pads vs jack pads

Those are the ones I purchased. Super high quality and attention to detail like the way they are angled so they don't twist when you jack the car up. My plan is to use floor jack under them and place jack stand with a pad on one of the other pinch welds to support the car.

Does anyone have the dimensions of the pinch weld? Thickness? and height?
