Hi Boss!I agree with the open road blast with a manual car. I love to take my 70 out when it's not busy on the highway (I took it out this week) pull over and when there is a gap in the traffic rev it out through the gears. The only problem is by 110 kmph in second I am already at the legal speed limit. But it is enjoyable. Has a big cam.
Just to clarify my earlier statement about receiving an update from the dealership they didn't contact me, actually the reverse applied. I waited until I assumed FR plant was back in production. Then a few days past the August 5 date contacted the Sales Mgr. for an updated Vista screenshot. I could have contacted him on the 22 nd June and I would have got the same info but by then I decided to wait patiently until FRP was up and running again. Unfortunately, it's a bit one sided when it comes to obtaining updates. I'm hopeful the 21 August segmentation date will not now be extended.
It's amazing how patient most of the forum members have been waiting on new Mustangs. My deposit was paid in July 22, 2022 and from reading members threads many made deposits well before the release date in the US. A fortunate few have cars here now (maybe not released to them yet) or have been built but in a US holding yard or have been shipped yet to arrive.
The down falls of Australia is the speed limits! Europe they can tops of 130kp (excluding Germany). I contacted my dealer last Friday and no update and I'll check with them in two weeks. Did you see a video posted of the factory plant tour, spotted RHD Dark horse in your colour, could be yours
