This thread reminds me of a friend of mine. Some years back, he bought a rather expensive Buick, and Invicta as I recall. I came over to look at it, and he had a hammer in his hand. We chatted a minute, then he hit the left quarter panel and put a rather obvious dent in it. He just turned to me and said... "Now it's not new anymore, so I won't worry about it when it gets a new dent!"

Mr Alan,
That hilarious, but rest assured I'm not going to do that to my car . But still hilarious indeed.

I bought new side mirror caps for my new side mirrors. The mirror caps come in primer so you need to paint the caps in the right color.

These is how I received my mirror caps.
I have no clue if I'm beeing picky or this is just normal when painting these caps.

I don't want to make a scene at tje bodyshop if this is something that is very normal. So based on experience of you guys I can decide If I should go back or not.

All the spots are from dust particles and two paint drops. The paint drops are nothing for me to worry but I think those dust particles shouldnt be there.

Nope, that needs to go back. I've been around paint most of my career and that wouldn't pass muster with any customer I've been around.
