Is my Mustang / Dark Horse missing a rear windshield gasket?

Was wondering if my Dark Horse is supposed to have a gasket around the rear windshield? I am hearing some slight wind noise and I’m trying to also determine why there’s random glue/epoxy in the crack. This vehicle was purchased new a couple weeks ago.

The gap is normal (no gasket) but the sealant looks a little odd from the pictures? It is a bonded screen so bedded on black silicone type material but normally it is tidier than that.
