Just wondering since the back wheels are bigger than front how does one do a tire rotation?

Short answer...you don't. Since the tires are also unidirectional you can't move them side to side (without unmounting them...and even then, they may be different sidewalls) and since the rears are a wider size than the front, you can't move them front to back.

THIS is the main reason why I don't do and "Offset" setup. Too much hassle.

This is a slight disadvantage of a staggered wheel setup. If you get the performance pack, you will have to replace tires more often than if you had had 4 equal sized wheels. Simply because you cannot rotate the bigger wheels to the front on a RWD car during regular maintenance intervals. it will cost slightly more to replace those wider rear tires compared to the front tires since there is more rubber involved.

It's less hassle until you replace. Then you just have to pay attention to what you replace them with. You can even decide against offset at that point. No big deal.
