I got like 3K off MSRP on an X plan sale in June, and the doc fee was $150
$55377 OUT THE DOOR including DOC fee, excluding tax title and registration is a fair deal
1)they are making 2025's and they will be arriving soon making that an albatross around the dealers neck
2)the down side is the MSRP has gone up significantly, at least $3000 on most cars, and higher with packages/options
3) if it is a discontinued color and you want it get it now
4) If it has the performance tires, the ones Ford won't ship unless it is warm out, you won't get a 2025 until June at the earliest and probably much later.
5) don't fall in love with something that can not love you back.
