Frame rail paint peeling - normal?

Lifted for the first time today and noticed some peeling/flaking of the paint underneath the frame rails. Wasn't me lifting from there, I've never contacted those areas before.

One section even has a little rust! Only ~350 miles on the car, manufactured April '25, purchased May '25, only driven in California (>100F yesterday), never in snow/rain/salt/etc.

Is this normal? I have touch-up paint, maybe just sand off any rust and touch-up?

Pretty normal for the bottom of the pinch welds. Touch up and move on, Dealer probably did it during PDI.
