Not sure what caused your nausea. Adrenaline can do that. I typically eat light in the morning like toast maybe some protein in there. Beef jerky's later in the day and of course water. Then for lunch a plain sandwich. But try to see what it is causing you nausea or maybe just take it easier in your comfort zone. For some reason I can do 140 on a track and throw it into a turn and feel fine. But speeding on public streets gives me the shakes so I don't really do that much at all anymore (with addition to all the other reasons).
