I have no interest in talking to you or any representative of your company. Iām not interested in your lies, defense posture, and blaming others for your issues.Right about what? That we asked a customer to contact us so we could actually help, instead of chasing an anonymous forum post? Weāve made repeated attempts to identify this person and asked several times for him to reach out so we can resolve the situation directly ... just like any responsible company would.
Did your friends also warn you about other vehicles, boats, appliances, electronics, etc. that may have recalls or didn't operate at 100% success rate? If they didn't, I'd hate to disappoint that no company is perfect![]()
You care about saving face (which is your only reason for responding now) your first responses were indicative of your company mindset. I heard it loud and clear. Therefore, there will be no communication between us. I have resolved the problem without any intervention from your company, Iām not looking for a refund, and I certainly donāt want you identifying me so you and your Steeda_Sheep can exact some type of retribution against me, in some form or manner.
