Do 20" inch rims make ride much rougher or noisier

I have the premium optional 20s on my Mustang and honestly I am impressed with the ride quality and especially the grip of these tires.

Super clean lookin. What size tires front and rear?

I have the 20” wheels with the Goodyear 265/35’s and will soon be getting 19’s with 275/40 tires. The 20’s are too rough

All else being equal the 20's will ride rougher. Just the nature of the beast
