At the moment I'm comparing every single line, one by one between my NA Mustang and a European Mustang.
I found out that the estimate fuel meter on the NA Mustang always goes down, it doesn't matter how you drive.
The estimate fuel meter on the EU Mustang can go up if you drive more economically and goes down when you drive like a maniac.
If you prefer the European fuel estimate, this is the line you have to change:
9 = Accending/Descending
1 = Descending
