Dark Horse Seats Question

Was researching the 600A vs 700A trim levels and did not see a lot I would need to spend the extra money for 700A except for cooled seats. I currently have a 400A GT and it came with heated and cooled seats, anyone have any idea why Ford did not include cooled seats standard on 600A as I would think the Dark Horse should come standard with that. almost seems like the GT Premium seats are nicer than Dark Horse seats with full leather also.
other than that the 600A comes pretty well optioned with B&O, magnaride, valved exhaust, etc. standard.
also the $4,995 extra charge for 700A seems a bit excessive for what you get.
how are you all that have Dark Horses liking the seats and interior? thanks!

LOL its all about the profits baby! For those that want more, they gotta pay more.

Besides that, I believe it is also configured differently internally. Just as the GT has base models and premium models when it comes to tech and comfort features, the dark horse will have separate models as well as it all ties in to how the components are configured internally in the vehicle.

Yeah that is true they are probably trying for more profits, but still seems odd the highest level Mustang and at that price would not come with cooled seats while the 400A GT does and do not have to option it on the GT.
Ford may have to adjust prices in the future if sales numbers do not start improving, have to wait and see.

700A package adds heated and cooled front seats, exterior lighting with approach detection, a security package, and premium trim. And if you add Recaros to the 700A, you end up paying for the climate-controlled seats and the Recaros but you only get to take Recaros home with you. Very dumb and a regrettable decision I pushed past when I bought mine off a dealer lot configured as such.

Yeah I really do not see how they are charging 4995 more for the 700A with how little extra they are giving, especially if you get Recaros. My 400A has that approach lighting and I turned it off, was annoying every time I walked near it with keys in pocket it would flash lights. the 600A has heated seats but not cooled. & I think they were only charging 2495 for the 700A in 24. Curious what Ford will do for pricing for the 2026's

I have Recaro seats in my DH and I love them but I sometimes miss cooling seats and lumbar ballon.
