Following the sound of a side skirt, I found a place that makes the same sound indoors.

Where the driver's left foot was placed, the black plastic on the left collided with the body of the vehicle and made a sound.

We solved it by inserting a sound absorbing agent in the middle.

I noticed this right away on my car--the panel was not pushed in all the way to the left. I gave it a good kick and it snapped in place. No rattles, no noise. Make sure it's snapped into the body properly.
