Ordered them on 2 April from Lethal Performance, knew they were backordered. Finally arrived this past Saturday 9 May. So Sunday I start putting them on the car. First read the directions from Corsa on their website several times, even though I have put these on Camaros and Corvettes, felt I needed to see if there were any differences and there are not any at all, straight forward easy install, so I thought. Checked to insure I had all the hardware, that checked out, and examined the parts all in good shape. Did the disassembly that was easy, had one small problem with passenger side Crank Vent connector to the stock air tube, but got that off after little while and a lot of patience. Started to assemble the Corsa replacements, when it was very evident the T-Bolt Clamp (quantity 2 per Tube), that goes over the sleeve that marries the Corda CF tube to the lip of the throttle body, diameters measured 3.5 inches fully open, required 4,0 or 5.0 diameter to fit over the sleeve. Well off to the auto parts store, AUTOZONE OR O'RILLEYS, no luck, al clamps way to small, so off to Lowes plumbing, found exactly what I needed, back home and fits great. Now to the passenger side, everything going good until I get to the Crank Vent hose connector to the stock intake tube, locking connect just does not disconect as it should, eventually with a lot of patience and needle nose pliers got it. Start putting the Corsa on, going good, until back to the Crank Hose Vent, I start screw in by HAND into the CF tube the Corsa Part H2. 1/4in NPT to 3/8in Quick Connect Fitting (59034137), a plastic connector that screws into the CF tube and it complete crumbles in my hand half way through hand tightening it into the tube. First it broke at the top of the screw theads and then the top connect just broke to pieces in my hand. Examine the thread section i removed from the CF Tube and found a lot of air bubbles in the plastic piece interior. Well that ended my day. Called Corsa this morning talked to a tech and they are going to send me new piece, but in meantime car is sitting in garage taking up two spots and can't move my other car inside. NEVER in all my years of installing a lot of Corsa parts have I run into a kit that had so many wrong of deficient parts. So I am waiting for the part requested they overnight it FEDEX, Lets see what Corsa customer support is like. Had talk with tech, and he admited they had a lot of wrong size T-Bolt Clamps go out and they thought they caught all of them. SO if you get this kit make sure the clamps diameter is suffience enough to fit over the sleeve and CF tube. As far as the connector, well just be delicate with this part....hate to say but I hope this does not fail once in the car. CHEERs, will follow up.

I made a rookie mistake myself recently by not checking the parts before starting the install

After building cars and engines (as a hobby) for many years, it still happens as you become complacent when you start you project and trust the vendors will do their job. You learn and remember the good vendors and the not so attentive ones....Cheers.
