Change spoiler to TrackPack Wing

Hello all, just getting into this community.

I don’t really know if there’s a thread already with the same question, if so please send me the link and I look at it.

I have been trying to get a new wing for my s650 but I don’t know what can I do to make it fit since I already drilled that “module spoiler” (not sure if it’s the right name). And I believe the drilled holes that I have they’re not in the same position than the TrackPack ones.

My question is, how can I go from GT500 spoiler W/wicker bill to GT500 TrackPack wing.

American Muscle will have what you want and there are video instructions on how to do. Not too difficult a project. Removing the 2 sided 3M tape was a b*tch, though. I replaced the deck lid lip with a GT spoiler..

these make getting tape off easier but be careful not to burn the paint.

I don't mean to hijack you thread Andreshra,,,, nice spoiler by the way! .....sturner002, I got the same GT spoiler from AM to replace my blade spoiler. They do have a great video on how to swap it out. Looks to be a 2-3 hour job,,,,probably a winter project. How would you remove the 3M tape from the lid without screwing up the paint? This seems to be holding me back. Any input from you all would be appreciated. Again my apologies Andreshra, I wish I had your rear spoiler!

Hey! Thanks, I really like the actual one but I have some strong feelings with the high wing that’s why I want to change it.

Btw, i got it from AM, it says it don’t fit to 24 model but I made it fit lol. What I used to remove the 3M tape from the lid was fishing line. I saw a video from Steeda to get it done, kind of hard but with patience you’ll get it done, it took me like 3 - 4hrs I think.

what I’m trying to find out now is if i can use the same lif where the spoiler sits to put the new GT500 high wing

So my link above you should be able to get a painted replacement piece without holds for the truck. I do not know what that piece is called. And it is not on fords trunk breakdown

Dang Jaws,,,,,can I get one in vapor blue!? LOL .Then I can just swap it out when I want too. Change it up! Great idea with the fish string. What pound test would I use? 15-25 lb test?? Also, what's a good solvent to remove the adhesive without taking off the clear coat and fogging the paint?? Thanks for your input guys!

The crazy thing about the vert is there is no reason any spoiler won’t fit. The 3rd brake like on it is not in the way and has a notch for the center mount pin!

From what I've read it is a problem with the antenna when opening the trunk. Some spoilers can't clear the antenna. I know you can replace the antenna with a stubby one but the reviews concerning reception are not good! Glenn
