Bolt Sticking Down and Scraping

Hi, I came home from dinner last night and heard a loud scraping sound where there normally isn't one. After looking at the concrete and under my car, I think I've found the culprit but I don't know anything about the bolt in question nor what I can do about it. I'm pretty sure it's the fresh looking white line to the left on my entryway pictures.

Exhaust clamp?

I also noticed this potential issue while crawling around on the garage floor shortly after bringing my Mustang home last year.

I believe the culprit is just an exhaust clamp that could simply be loosened, spun a bit upwards, and then re-tightened to solve this problem. I haven't managed to scrape mine on anything yet, but I'll most likely knock this out during my first oil change.

What is the slope on that entrance ramp? It must be ridiculously steep.
