Hello again everyone. I asked about my alignment a couple months ago with a weird clunk type thing at slow speed. I got another alignment done at a better shop and this issue has gone away. However they did mention some measurements and printed them out that I have never seen before. I will post a picture. Just wondering if people more in the know than me can verify it all looks normal. I am not sure how important these numbers are. They are different and dead on so just curious if it really matters. Thanks again in advance for any info.

manufacturing tolerances, Ford unless they tightened things up since I was a frame tech used to be 8mm plus or minus on the datum which is the front to back, and plus or minus 5 mm everywhere else

In a perfect world they would be dead on, the world is not perfect. They are close enough and I would say the shop did you well. the images they printed show it like the difference is huge, that is how they are designed to better help consumers understand. Most of the time those shots are printed to show and explain shitty repair after a collision to consumers
