ADM Argument thread Dealer Doc Fee is not ADM

Creating a thread so we can argue about Dealer Doc Fees being ADM. Much more important then Carbon Fiber Wheels way more fun to argue about Doc Fees being ADM.

There is a totally loaded DH at Manderbach Ford in Hamburg, PA where I live that is $86k and has the OEM carbon fiber wheels.

I’m curious to see someone review the car with the carbon fiber wheels.
On the 350s it makes a noticeable difference …
With the Trofeo tires and carbon fiber wheels… it could make for a very positive experience

I have a Dark Horse so it does not matter but that one is at MSRP no ADM that I am seeing. Where did you see the ADM?

I downloaded the window sticker, MSRP is $84,095. Website has it listed for $84,994.

Getting tired of people that just want to fight. The car is at MSRP when you purchase a car from a dealer they have a standard fee called a Doc Fee. It normally ranges from $400 to $900 depending on the dealer and your part of the country. IF you us the X Plan it is caped at $125 but the Dark Horse does not qualify for X Plan. If you can find a dealer that will sell the car at MSRP without a Doc Fee I would jump on it. I worked for a Ford Store for many years and when I purchased a vehicle at the employee price I still had to pay the Doc fee. Now if we could just talk about the Carbon Fiber Wheels that would be great maybe we could argue about un-sprung weight or something that actually matters if that makes you feel better.

I was just pointing out an ADM, none of the dealers I've ever looked at advertise a price higher than what's on the window sticker unless it's an ADM...

Why assume someone's picking a fight when they might just be unaware? What if the situation differs from what's commonly accepted as fact?
