2025 with Ford Performance whipple has momentary cutout under hard acceleration?

Run a datalog and send it to whipple.

I had that happening and my shop told me they were having issues with the whipple wiring harness. It was not letting the coolant circulate and the whipple would cut out when I smashed the gas. They replaced harness for free amd no issues after. Hope this helps brother.
