Hey everyone,
Today I got access to something quite interesting: an internal dealer preference form currently used in Europe for the Mustang GTD.
It provides some real insight into how Ford is organizing the launch on this side of the Atlantic, and confirms a few key details that hadn't been publicly disclosed yet.
Here’s a summary of what’s inside
3 Confirmed Versions:
Tires:
How Orders Work:
Road-Legal?
The form clearly states that homologation is still pending (WLTP) for some countries.
If it doesn't pass, the GTD will be sold as a track-only car in those markets.
About Pricing:
The form includes initial price estimates per country.
However, out of respect for confidentiality and the fact that these numbers may still change, I’ve chosen not to share exact figures.
I’ve attached a few screenshots showing version options and the concierge explanation.
This is the most direct look we've had at how the GTD is being handled across Europe.
Would love to hear your thoughts — which version would you go for?
And do you think Ford will be able to make this road legal across the EU?
